Please above to submit your event. It will be reviewed and, once approved, will be posted on the web site. It should appear visible on the calendar within one business day.

Any errors will appear in red text after you submit your event. If there are no errors this form will be automatically reset for you to submit another event.

Pick Calendar: Leave as the default of "Denton Live Calendar"

Title: This will be the description on the list of Events.

Start Date & End Date: Please be sure to accurately fill each of these out.

Time Details: Leave this blank if a time does not apply. Example: Reception 5:00-6:00PM; Dinner 7:00-8:00PM.

Contact Information: Please check the "Publish" box on each of this if you would like your contact information available to the public along with the event details.

Importance: (Not Used)

Category: This helps categorize your event. Please choose the best match.

Location: If your location does not appear use the Other Location.

Other Location: Only use if your location is not in the drop-down list.

Description of the Location Address of the location

Notes: Provide other details about your event.

Image Settings: For use by CVB staff only.

Recurring Settings: Please use this if you event is multiple days.

When complete please click Submit at the bottom of the form. It will automatically clear the form for you to submit another event.
